About APA Mastery

APA Mastery is an independent guide to Agentic Process Automation (APA) - the practice of using AI agents to run business processes, rather than scripting every step by hand. APA isn't a single product; every major automation vendor implements it differently, and the terminology shifts from platform to platform. This site exists to make those differences easy to compare in one place.

What you'll find here

  • Shared fundamentals - what APA actually means, how it differs from both traditional RPA and general-purpose AI agents, and a glossary mapping each platform's terminology to the others.
  • Platform-by-platform tutorials - a consistent intro → core concepts → build-your-first-agent path for Automation Anywhere, UiPath, and Microsoft Copilot Studio.
  • The APA & AI Agents Bootcamp - a live, hands-on program covering all of this in depth. See the bootcamp page for the current cohort.

Who it's for

Anyone building automation-related skills: RPA developers moving into agentic tooling, automation architects evaluating platforms, IT professionals and team leads scoping a rollout, and students or career-switchers getting started from scratch. Tutorials are written to assume no prior automation experience.

Who's behind it

APA Mastery is published by Automation Feed, the team behind the APA & AI Agents Bootcamp. Content is written and maintained directly - if you spot something out of date or have a suggestion, feedback is always welcome - automationfeed1[at]gmail.com.

A note on accuracy

Automation platforms move fast. Tutorials here aim to stay current with each vendor's terminology and capabilities, but always cross-check platform-specific details (pricing, exact UI steps, feature availability) against the vendor's own documentation before making decisions that depend on them.
